The BLS Alternative

I've talked to a lot of people who feel frustrated and aren't getting what they need from the texts in BLS. I didn't either. If you're one of them, I highly recommend The Legal Writing Handbook by Oates, Enquist, and Kunst. If you're one of the people I've talked to, this is the book I've been talking about. It's the text they use at Seattle U (Prof. Oates is the head of their legal writing program), which has one of the top ranked legal writing programs in the country. This book taught me legal writing.
